Presentation of the Reckange Single-family Home Project
Introduction
We're delighted to present our new project to build single-family homes in Reckange, located in the heart of Luxembourg. These homes will offer an exceptional living environment, combining modernity and tranquility, in a setting rich in history and amenities.
Project features
Available lots for single-family homes range from 3.3 to 5.69 ares. We currently have 4 lots available, offering the possibility of building single-family semi-detached and semi-detached homes with garage.
In addition, we offer plots ranging from 3.16 to 4.88 ares with building contracts to meet our customers' individual needs.
Location
Reckange, with its 700 inhabitants, is a commune of Mersch, located in central Luxembourg. The village is characterized by historical landmarks such as the "Eenelter Kapelle" and the "Menhir", a 5,000-year-old monolith.
Environment
Just a 5-minute drive from the center of Mersch, you'll find a host of restaurants, stores and shopping centers, as well as a bike path and various playgrounds. The 13-hectare municipal park, with its small lake, offers a peaceful setting in which to relax.
The "Mierscher Kulturhaus" offers a varied arts and culture program, while the "Mierscher Lieshaus" library is a meeting place for book lovers. The National Literature Center also offers a wide range of educational and entertainment activities for children.
Finally, the "Centre Aquatique Krounebierg" on the Merscherberg offers a host of facilities, including several pools, indoor and outdoor water games and a wellness area. At the top of the "Krounebierg" stands an obelisk, symbolizing the center of the Grand Duchy.
