Moesdorf is part of the pretty commune of Mersch, which is the geographical center of Luxembourg.
The "Auf dem Beckelchen" development is located at right-angles to Rue d'Ettelbruck CR 123 and "Op der Routerd".
Moesdorf is located 3 km from the center of Mersch and benefits from a wide range of existing amenities, including the Mersch central train station and various bus lines, numerous shops, schools, a Maison Relais, a sports and aquatic center, restaurants, a municipal park and the PC15 bicycle path to Luxembourg and the PC14 to Schoenfels-Kopstal-Mamer, which can accommodate visitors, hikers and travelers by train or car.

At the heart of the village lies the present-day commune, a medieval castle and museum.
The municipality owns two others, in Schoenfels and Pettingen.
Every year, the Eenelter Maart, a historic market for local crafts and products, comes to life.
